TermMonth to month. Cancel any time; the month you’re in is the last one billed.
IncludedHosting, daily off-site backups, updates, security, uptime monitoring, migration in, the ùrlar app, fixing anything that stops working, and restoring the site at our cost if it ever goes down.
Not includedNew pages, new content and new features, which are quoted first. Domain renewals, which stay in your name.
The full terms, in plain English
  • Care starts when the site is live on our hosting. The first month is charged then, not today.
  • Downtime doesn’t reduce your fee. It’s covered, and we fix it.
  • You own the domain, the content and the site. If you leave, you get a full copy and a hand-over.
  • Backups are kept for 30 days. Restoring from one is included.
  • Prices are reviewed each July, with a month’s notice.
  • Australian Consumer Law applies. Governed by the laws of Australia.
